These Terms of Service govern your use of getdart.ai ("Dart"), operated by Aesthetic Flight Inc. ("Aesthetic Flight", "we", "us"). By using Dart, you agree to these terms.

The service

Dart is a business advisory tool for medical spa and aesthetic clinic owners. It provides analytics and guidance based on the business data you provide. Dart does not provide medical, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to submit any business data you upload.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or upload patient-identifying clinical records or other data you are not authorized to share.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to text messages, your use of the SMS program is also governed by our SMS Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

No guarantees

Dart provides information and guidance but makes no guarantee of any particular business outcome or result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Flight Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dart after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
