This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthetic Flight Inc. ("Aesthetic Flight", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use getdart.ai ("Dart") and related services, including our SMS messaging program. Aesthetic Flight Inc. is a Canadian federal corporation with its registered office at 6874 Copper Cove Road, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2K5, Canada.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and clinic name.
- Business data you upload to Dart, such as sales or booking reports, used to produce your private analytics.
- Usage information, such as how you interact with the service, for reliability and product improvement.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve Dart and its analytics.
- To send you account notifications and, if you opt in, SMS accountability reminders about your account.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and comply with legal obligations.
Clinic and business data
Data you upload is stored in a private workspace for your account only and used to calculate your metrics. We minimize sensitive data and ask that you not upload patient-identifying clinical records. We do not use your uploaded business data to train public AI models.
SMS / text messaging
Text messages are off by default and sent only if you opt in from within your Dart account (Settings → SMS accountability). We use your mobile number solely to send the account notifications and accountability reminders described in our SMS Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Dart (for example, hosting, payment processing, email, and SMS delivery), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Raw uploaded files can be deleted after processing, while your account keeps the summarized metrics. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and restrict access by permission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of SMS at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
