SMS Messaging Terms
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Aesthetic Flight Inc. operates getdart.ai ("Dart"), an AI business advisor for medical spa and aesthetic clinic owners. These terms describe the SMS (text message) program Aesthetic Flight Inc. sends to Dart account holders who opt in.
Program description
When you enable text messages in your Dart account, Aesthetic Flight Inc. sends you recurring account notifications and accountability reminders related to your own account — for example, a weekly reminder that your marketing review is ready in your email, or a prompt to upload the screenshot Dart needs to track your results. These messages are informational and tied to your use of Dart. They are not promotional or marketing messages.
How you opt in
Text messages are off by default. You opt in from within your Dart account: go to
Settings → SMS accountability, enter your mobile number (US or Canada, in
+1 format), and turn on the SMS setting. By enabling it you confirm the number is
yours and you agree to receive automated text messages from Aesthetic Flight Inc. (Dart) at that
number. No purchase is required, and enabling SMS is not a condition of using Dart.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by how you use Dart, typically no more than a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Aesthetic Flight Inc. does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out and help
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, and you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn SMS off under Settings → SMS accountability. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at scott@aestheticflight.com.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to send the messages described here. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
